Is Mandy a real person?
No. Mandy is an AI assistant. If you’d like to talk to someone on our team, use the live chat button at any time.
Are the rugs she shows real?
Yes. Every rug comes from our own collection, and availability and price are checked live before she shows it to you.
What happens to my photo?
It’s used only to find matching rugs, and it isn’t stored.
Ready when you are
She’s on every page. Look for “Ask Mandy AI” at the bottom of your screen.
